VPNSL / Getting Started

VPNSL Guides

Activate a plan first, then get your subscription from the user dashboard. Import it into your client, choose a route, and check your exit IP. Following this order makes it easier to troubleshoot account, subscription, and connection issues separately.

Menu names and locations can vary between platforms and clients. If the interface differs from the steps below, follow the instructions for your platform in the user dashboard and look for an equivalent option such as Subscription, Import, or Update.

Account

Create an Account

Start on the account creation page. Choose a username and password, then submit the form as instructed. VPNSL requires a username and password, with no email address required. Your username is used to access the user dashboard, so choose one you can recognize that is not easily confused with a public username you use elsewhere. Keep your password secure. Once your account is created, open the dashboard and confirm that you are viewing your account overview before choosing a plan. Make sure you do not mistake subscription details from another service in your browser for VPNSL information.

If you already have a VPNSL account, use the sign-in link at the top instead of creating another one. There is no need to look for client installers or route names yet: subscriptions are tied to your account and become available in the dashboard after a plan is activated. Keep the steps in order: sign in to your account, activate a plan, then get your subscription. This also makes it easier to identify where an issue occurs. If submitting the form does not take you to the expected account view, check your entries and the on-screen instructions before continuing.

After creating your account, you can browse the dashboard and get familiar with the overview and plan options. Seeing plan details does not mean a plan has been activated; check the subscription status shown in the dashboard. Next, open the plan list and decide whether a monthly plan with a recurring data reset or a data package that lasts until used up suits your usage.

Billing

Choose a Plan

Open the plan list in the user dashboard. Check the billing method first, then compare data allowances. Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB; data resets monthly on the activation date. If your usage varies from month to month, compare the data packages as well: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Package data is valid until used and never expires. Consider whether you use the service regularly or prefer to draw down data as needed over a longer period, rather than comparing only the upfront price.

Once you have chosen a plan, check its name, price, and billing details in the dashboard, then follow the on-screen steps to place your order and pay. VPNSL accepts Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT; available payment options are shown at checkout. After paying, return to the account overview and confirm that the plan status has updated before getting your subscription. Payment completion and subscription availability are separate checkpoints. If the overview does not show the expected status, check your order details instead of creating another account or importing the same subscription into your client more than once.

If you upgrade a monthly plan before it ends, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Compare data allowances and billing details on the plans page before choosing. VPNSL offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. First confirm that your subscription is active; you can review billing terms and refund questions on the support page without interrupting the client import process.

Subscription

Get Your Subscription

Once your plan status is confirmed, open the account overview in the user dashboard and find your current subscription and its import options. The subscription link lets your client retrieve route configurations; it is not a regular webpage to open in a browser. Copy the link as instructed in the dashboard, making sure it belongs to your account and current subscription. If the dashboard offers different import methods for different clients, choose one that matches your platform and client.

Do not post the link in public discussions or include it in screenshots shared when reporting an issue. It is tied to the subscription available to your account, so keep it as secure as your account details. To use VPNSL on another device, sign in to your dashboard there and get the link again; VPNSL supports simultaneous connections on unlimited devices, so you do not need to create a separate account. Before switching devices, make sure the client is ready on the new one, then copy the link from the dashboard to avoid mixing it up across open windows.

If no subscription is available in the overview, check the plan or order section to confirm activation. Do not search the web for a purported subscription link. VPNSL does not publish real subscription links in public guides or distribute installers on this page. Once the subscription option appears, go to the client downloads section in the user dashboard and get a suitable client for your platform.

Client

Import a Client

Check the client downloads section in the dashboard for platform-specific download and import instructions. Client downloads are tied to an account with an active plan, so sign in and confirm that your subscription is available first. After installing the client, open it and look for Add Subscription, Import from Link, or an equivalent option. Paste the link you copied from the overview, save it, and refresh the route list. Seeing routes in the list confirms that the import is complete; pasting a link into a field alone does not mean you are connected.

Windows

In the dashboard, select the VPNSL client for Windows and follow the instructions to download and install it. After launching the client, open subscription management, choose the option to add by link, paste the subscription copied from your account overview, and confirm. Then refresh the list and check that the routes appear. If the client shows a blank list, first make sure the link is complete, then check your subscription status. Avoid switching routes repeatedly while troubleshooting.

macOS

Open the macOS client section in the dashboard and follow the installation instructions. The first time you launch the client, find its subscription management section and choose Import from Link rather than creating a route manually. Paste the subscription, save it, refresh the list, and confirm that the client displays regions and routes. If macOS asks to add a network configuration, review the prompt and confirm if you want to proceed.

Android

Sign in to the user dashboard on your Android device and check the client downloads section for the VPNSL client. After installing and opening it, look for a link import option in the subscription or configuration screen. Make sure there are no extra spaces at either end of the link. Save it, refresh the list, and choose a region. When Android asks for permission to set up a network connection for the first time, confirm that the request is from the client you just opened.

iOS

Read the instructions for the relevant client on the downloads page in the user dashboard on your iOS device, then get a suitable client as directed. Return to the account overview to copy your subscription, switch to subscription management in the client, and add it using an option such as Import from Link. Refresh the list. The first time you connect, iOS may ask for permission to add a VPN configuration. Review and confirm the system prompt, then return to the client and check that the routes appear.

Linux

Linux is also supported by VPNSL. Check the downloads section in the dashboard for available clients and import instructions, then add the link using the client’s subscription management option. Menus vary across desktop environments and clients; check that the route list updates successfully to confirm the import. If your installation or configuration screen differs from this page, follow the Linux-specific steps in the dashboard.

After a successful import, the client will usually keep the subscription configuration. If route information in the dashboard changes, update the subscription in your client before considering a reimport. This completes the route list setup; next, choose a route and make sure your traffic is using it.

Connection

Connect and Verify

Choose a region and route in the client that match your destination, then connect. VPNSL covers 110+ countries and 190+ routes. You do not need to try every route at first; start with a region where your target service is available or one that is a suitable distance away. A “Connected” status only confirms that the client completed its connection process. Check an actual service to verify that traffic is using the selected route as expected. If a region does not suit your needs, disconnect, choose another, and verify again rather than assuming an unsuitable region means the import failed.

Once connected, open the My IP page on this site to check your current exit IP and location, then compare them with the results from before connecting. If the exit still does not match your expectations, check the client’s connection mode, selected route, and subscription update status. Some clients use rule-based routing, which can send different apps along different paths, so also open the website or app you intend to use and check that it works. Use both checks together: the IP test helps verify your browser’s exit, while testing the app shows whether the connection works for your everyday use.

For your first connection check, change only one thing at a time. Keep the client and connection mode fixed while switching routes and checking your exit, or keep the route fixed while checking the client settings. This helps distinguish between route selection, subscription updates, and device connection settings. For a more detailed guide to checking your exit IP and DNS, see the connection verification guide. This page focuses on the steps needed to connect for the first time.

Troubleshooting

When You Run Into Issues

If the client has no route list, first check the subscription status in your account overview, then return to the client and refresh the subscription. If routes appear but access does not work as expected, check the selected region and connection mode, then use the exit IP page to verify. Describe the issue specifically—unable to sign in, unable to get a subscription, no routes after importing, or connected with an unexpected exit—instead of saying only that the service does not work. Do not share account credentials or subscription links publicly while troubleshooting.

The support page covers common questions about accounts and subscriptions, connections and troubleshooting, speed and routes, billing, and refunds. To compare when IEPL dedicated lines, transit, or direct connections may be suitable, or to understand billing and route selection, see the cross-border network service buying guide. The goal of this tutorial is to complete a connection you can verify. Once connected, adjust routes based on the regions you use and your needs; there is no need to tackle every advanced setting on your first try.
